From strap pin to headstock. This guitar is stunning just to look at, never mind play. As a guitarist, you’re automatically drawn in by the Telecaster body, but you’re kept there by the striking black cherry burst finish, cream body binding, and oversized abalone dot inlays. The carved maple top of the body shows the FMT Custom Telecaster’s gorgeous grain pattern giving it an aura of luxury and experience. Everything you can see on this guitar embellishes everything you will hear and feel once you’ve picked it up and started playing. Not a lot of guitars master every aspect of design. But you know when Fender do it, it’s something special.

Telecasters look cool. There’s no mistaking that. The FMT Custom Telecaster takes this iconic style and combines it with a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers for those players craving a beefier sound. And they certainly offer that. At the neck is a '59 SH-1N which will give you a bright attack with plenty of sustain. This leaves your chords ringing out to their fullest and injects spice into clean sounds making it versatile enough to take on any genre. Then there’s the bridge pickup. A Pearly Gates SH-PG1B gives you a focussed growl that sings at the high end while giving your mid-range extra punch. It’s a combination of champion pickups.
