Skip-Proof Scratch Record

The Cut & Paste Records – Just Stay Funky Like ZA is a skip-proof 7-inch scratch record designed for professional and intermediate turntablists. The record features two sides differentiated by tempo with side A designed for ultrapitch turntables that are capable of a -50 percent pitch. This allows the platter to turn at a slower speed, giving you added control when you're scratching, with more sounds to fit into each groove. Side B is configured at 83.33 BPM, the ideal tempo for standard turntables, giving you a smooth scratching operation. The scratch record consists of everything from original sentences and one-shot vocals as well as tones and drum patterns for added variety. At the end of each side of the record is a drum-track and a lock-groove tone. Additionally, Cut & paste Records have included sample map stickers, allowing you to attach the stickers to the record label to show where your desired sample is.
