By using patented 'Turbobore' technology, a Brand TurboBlow mouthpiece can produce more volume and a richer tone. This is achieved by threading the inside of the mouthpiece stem in a similar way to rifling the barrel of a gun. This results in the air having better direction through the instrument and therefore having lower resistance. This spiralled airway increases the energy of every note, resulting in an overall fuller tone and added benefit in the high register.
