Built without a dedicated high F# key, it reduces mechanical weight and removes an additional tone hole that could potentially leak, while also improving acoustic resonance. Its unlacquered finish provides a natural appearance, while the V1 neck delivers a free-blowing feel with plenty of flexibility.

A handcrafted one-piece bell enhances resonance while helping smooth out intonation through the middle and lower registers. Metal resonators provide clear note definition and a wide dynamic range, complemented by a nickel silver neck receiver for focused tone and quick response. Thoughtful details include an adjustable teardrop Front F key, mother of pearl key buttons, and smooth ball joint octave mechanism. You also get an AV1 neck, 4CM mouthpiece, ligature, and lightweight ASC-820 case.

Please Note: All unlacquered Yamaha saxophones are supplied with a polished unlacquered finish that naturally begins to age as soon as it's exposed to air. The YAS82ZULWOF leaves out the dedicated high F# key, reducing mechanical weight around the upper section of the instrument and eliminating an additional tone hole that could potentially leak.
